Abstract


The On-line Consultation Hotline Service System is often adopted as the platform for the public information provided by the library and government. It receives and answers the users’questions through instant reply, web table and e-mails, etc., with the abundant internet resources and special administration software, which greatly facilitates the consultation procedures. The On-line Consultation Hotline Service System includes the instant consultation system and non-instant consultation system. The non-instant consultation system adopted in this discourse is a service method that the consultant receives and answers the users’questions through internet in a non-instant and asynchronous operation, such as e-mail, e-tables and database inquiries, etc.The discourse will focus on the On-line Consultation Hotline Service System for the Foreign Trade Enterprises in accordance with the gd218.org.cn. With consideration that the content of the consultation might involve the internal secret of government or enterprises, the system is designed as the non-instant one for the practical demand. A lot of survey and research has been implemented before the start of the discourse. The system is designed with a practical perspective, which is convenient to operate, safe for information and easy to maintain.Our system using ASP programming front design, business layer MQ PLUS as the middleware, the background database is supported by SQL. The growing business needs have been satisfied through the business prospects, integration of business, the middleware, and the background database.This article introduces the full process of the general statistics tool’s (CuteStat) design and realization, including requirements analysis, system design, system implementation, system optimization, system testing and so on. In this paper, based on the actual application scenarios, has made the detailed program design process. Finally, the paper spends a certain amount of space to discuss the program optimization process, to analysis the problems in practical application and determine the optimal solutions.
