High speed and heavy haul have been the two main themes of the present time for high speed freight car development.High speed can shorten the running time and it also can improve the economic benefits efficiently. However,with the speed increasing,it will increase the excitation frequency between the wheel and rail.The heavy haul transportation may incease the load of train but it also leads to serious new problem,for example the effect between car body and commodity will lead to elastic deformation,which makes it easily to resonate with high frequency excitation induced by speed increased,then worsen the train vehicle system dynamics performance. So the affection of the elastic deformation of vehicle components on vehicle dynamics has been the special matter of concern.Traditionally, vehicle system various parts were considered as rigid bodies in the vehicle system dynamics performance analysis and it can not research the influence of vehicle elastic vibration on the vehicle system dynamic performance. In order to research the influence on the vehicle system dynamic performance and achieve the reasonable match between high speed and heavy haul,it is necessary to launch the deep research on vehicle structural vibration. Due to the lower structure natural vibration frequency of side bogie frame and car body and it makes more influential on vehicle system dynamic performance,this paper mainly researches the influential of strutural vibration of car body and crossing car of ZK6 on vehicle system dynamics performance.This paper bases on finite element analysis(FEA)method and multibody system(MBS) dynamics theory. Rigid flexible coupled vehicle system dynamic models were built up by ANSYS and SIMPACKcorresponding,and the crossing car and car body were considered as flexible bodies in the models.The simulations on elastic car body and crossing car vehicle system dynamics were done in order to investigating the effect of elastic deformation on vehicle dynamics.The elastic vehicle critial speed was obtained by analysing the history of lateral displacement of wheelset.Then the vehicle running stability can be confirmed.The vehicle riding quality under the excitation of American VI track spectrum was analyzed.The wheel/rail later force, the wheel/rail vertical force,the wheel/axle force,the reduction rate of wheel load and the derailment coefficient were simulated and analyzed.The results simulated by the elastic vehicle system dynamics and the rigid vehicle system dynamics were compared. The results show that the vibration displacement and acceleration of elastic vehicle bigger than the vibration displacement and acceleration of rigid vehicle;the vehicle critial speed reduces and the vehicle riding quality and the curve negotiation performance are affected a little when the elastic deformation of car body and crossing car are considered.
