Abstract


Emulsion system , which is essential in the production process of the cold rolled sheet , cold rolled sheet plays lubrication , cooling effect and cleaning effect . Optimize the the emulsion flow of cold rolling mill control not only beneficial to reduce the cost of production , can also greatly improve the quality of the rolled plate , increase market competitiveness . The basis of the existing production equipment for the lag for milk emulsion process , multivariate , external interference factors , control mutations . Angang Cold Rolling Mill the emulsion Station site production layout conditions , system pressure control objectives , the two main emulsion system control system large bypass and inverter motor pump , emulsion system the implementation of optimal control . The main work of this paper are as follows : 1 . Understanding of the control object : for production site equipment conditions , understanding the two main control object , control performance and control mechanism laid a control foundation for optimal control . Optimization controllers : fuzzy controller based on genetic algorithm optimization design of the bypass and inverter motor pump control performance , respectively . MATLAB simulation environment through simulation confirmed the superiority compared to ordinary controller in the control precision control effect . 3 . Mutation factors: based on field conditions , the design of the main and secondary controllers to coordinate and control , in order to solve the problem of lag caused by the emulsion pressure mutations and control select the control object improper . Eventually , after the field test data analysis to prove the effectiveness and superiority of the optimal control strategy .
