Abstract


The advantages of the harmonic gear drive and the planetary gear drive make the application of themselves in different areas were more and more widely. But, the disadvantages of the large axial size of traditional cup of the flexspline in harmonic drive and in high-temperature environment easy to lapse restrictions on the applying in compact space and harsh environment, especially in aerospace agencies. The characteristics of the volume and the weight of planetary gear what is proportional to the ratio of the transmission make it lose the edge in the high-speed ratio, also in the case of small space. Therefore, this article mainly designs a complex harmonic gear reducer with the different structure from the cup type of the flexible and with planetary gear reducer inside the wave generator. Analysis the compound of the structural parameters、the way of connection、transmission ratio、transmission efficiency and the carrying capacity, and designed the complex harmonic gear reducer of 80 style. Through improving the existing test-bed, test the performance of the complex harmonic gear reducer.For the flexspline with cup-shaped. Three special non-cup-shaped structures have been brought. Use the ANSYS-APDL design the parameters contact analysis model with different structures. Analysis the flexspline with four different structures with the same axial size. The sort performance of the flexspline with different Structure has been done. And then, combination the flexspline with better-shaped structure, analysis the sensitivity of the structure parameters which impact the maximum displacement and the maximal equivalent stress of the flexspline. Provide the basis for the parameters selected for the prototype machining. In the case of the thermal and structural coupling, analyses contact model of flexspline and circular spline under coupling of heat and structure.According to the impact curve of the structural parameters after sensitivity analysis, choose the structure size which meet the performance parameters of the materials, design a complex harmonic gear reducer with new structure flexspline.Use MATLAB, calculated 2K-H planetary reducer built-in wave generator. And then analysis the performance on of the compound gear reducer and produce the prototype.Contact the structure and the size of prototypes, improved the existing test and the data acquisition system. Through the compare the test results of the efficiency testing of prototype with the other models of harmonic reducer, verify the results of small axial size、high efficiency、carrying capacity similarly and high-speed ratio in the same products.
