Abstract


Blasting open pit mining process is the most effective , the most frequent means of breaking rock , which is an important part of the mine production . In recent years due to the use of the pressure and large production Scraper equipment , prompting Nanfen open-pit iron blasting operations have become more frequent , and when flying rocks stabbing incident occurred . In this paper, a method of combining theoretical analysis and field trials , the Application Blaster's Ranger high-speed camera system Nanfen open-pit iron bench blasting process carried out in-depth research . On the basis of a large number of test data , the paper uses motion analysis software MAS booster row blasting network control verification , the actual initiation time and pre- initiation time difference between 12ms smallest difference 0ms , control 26 blasthole row the average difference between the time of 2.71ms, an average difference of time within the time range of detonating pipe of Booster . MAS stepped movement analysis , in-depth understanding of the rock pile formation process . Blasthole blasting zone detonation gas in the duration of action of the rock mass were analyzed and the duration of action of the two blast zone were 154ms and 265ms . MAS track measurement blasthole ejecta draw teeth critical area gun hole ejecta average ejection speed of 175m / s, the maximum speed of the critical area most edge flying stone 115m / s, and calculated theoretically fly stone maximum flight distance of 661m. The analysts believe that part of the blasting zone misfire problem exists . Through the blasting zone red gun blast holes and not red comparison artillery holes , uneven density of charge is the main reason for the red gun , while the overall red artillery holes more problems , the paper proposed to increase the packing density , lower unit consumption.
