The crowdsourcing core complete the task of internal resources from outside the enterprise public. Internal resources are limited, and very rich resources in the network formed by the public, corporate external mass embedding its own network intellectual resources can be obtained at a relatively low cost. The crowdsourcing implementation to achieve the development of open, wisdom and capabilities across organizational boundaries using an external network, integration of the internal and external resources to expand the source of innovation, optimization and reshaping the business model of innovation and organizational forms. The existing research has focused on the participants involved in motivation, willingness to participate, or participate in the perspective of the general public from the motivation of behavior. However, many factors that impact on the willingness or behavior of the general public to participate in crowdsourcing research perspective can not be confined to the study of motivation, so, this article attempts to study from multiple perspectives and a wide range of factors of the general public to participate in crowdsourcing behavior factors affecting explore the factors affecting crowdsourcing behavior of the general public to participate in more perspective. This is regardless of crowdsourcing for enterprise innovation theory or related research have a theoretical value, the same time, it will also be carried out to guide enterprise crowdsourcing activities to produce practical significance. The study is expected to answer academic questions is: companies can start from what motivate the public to actively participate in crowdsourcing and improve their participation effect \The rise of this article herd package start to discuss the reasons for the rise of crowdsourcing, crowdsourcing existing type, and the combination of user innovation theory, the theory of open innovation, mass production crowdsourcing theoretical study theoretical connotation crowdsourcing reviewed literature crowdsourcing, and on this basis to find out the current theoretical research, in order to establish this academic question to answer. The same time, in order to combine domestic crowdsourcing model, the paper selects Witkey this crowdsourcing model participants as empirical research object, this article also explored the connotation of Witkey, origin, type and mode of operation of the the Witkey mode.
