Abstract

Phosphorus is an essential trace nutrients for aquatic animals . The study of sea perch juvenile research feed phosphorus juvenile growth of the flower perch fish conventional nutrient content , organization phosphorus content , and explore the appropriate total phosphorus in feed requirements . Select the same stocking batch the physical health spend perch juveniles were randomly divided into six groups , each group of three repeats , each repeat 25 , the average weight of 23.55 ± 0.17g, period 56d farming trials . Preparation of sodium dihydrogen phosphate feed ingredients and phosphorus source total phosphorus content of 0.49% ( diet) , 0.71% , 0.90% , 1.12% , 1.32% and 1.59% , six feed . Six feed were randomly assigned to six groups of test fish . Test during the daily feeding twice ( 8:00 and 16:00 ) , each feeding time is about 40 min the fed state . The breeding trials during the water temperature is maintained at 28 ± 1 ℃, dissolved oxygen greater than 5 mg / l . After the end of the breeding experiments , collecting samples of whole fish , and all test fish were killed to collect muscle samples , analysis, calculation of sea perch juveniles feeding indicators and feed indicators , conventional nutrients , phosphorus content analysis . The breeding experiment results show that the addition of phosphorus in feed to promote growth of flowers perch juveniles . Was first increased and then decreased with the levels of phosphorus supplement to improve feed flower perch fingerlings weight gain rate (WGR ) , specific growth rate (SGR) , feed efficiency (FE) and protein efficiency ratio (PER) with the dietary phosphorus level ( 0.49 to 0.90% ) rise into the plateau when the feed phosphorus levels greater than 0.90% . Add the level of phosphorus in feed flower perch juvenile liver index did not significantly affect ( P gt; 0.05 ) , but the relative fatness significantly decreased with increasing levels of dietary phosphorus ( P lt; 0.05 ) . Analysis shows that conventional components of muscle and whole fish , the feed phosphorus flower perch juveniles muscle and whole fish in the water , protein and fat content did not significantly affect ( P gt ; 0.05) , whole fish crude ash , calcium , phosphorus content of feed phosphorus levels increased to a significant increase ( P lt; 0.05 ) the muscle crude ash , calcium , phosphorus content by dietary phosphorus significantly ( P lt ; 0.05 ) but the trend is obvious . Weight gain rate evaluation , get in the water temperature 28 ± 1 ° C , dissolved oxygen greater than 5mg / L under the conditions of sea perch juveniles (23.55 ± 0.17g) appropriate requirements of phosphorus in feed 1.71% , that is, 17.1g/kg feed.
