Abstract


Project construction and project management cost is the sum of the cost of construction enterprises . The cost of construction is a comprehensive reflection of the status of construction activities in the labor consumption and material consumption , and to measure the outcome of the operation and management of construction enterprises , a comprehensive indicator of the merits of the project . Currently, most of the construction projects due to various reasons can not be planned duration construction . Duration of the change has a significant impact on construction costs . Existence of a close link between the cost with duration . Change in the duration , cost effective control of mining the potential to reduce costs and to improve economic efficiency , the predetermined control target to achieve maximum efficiency , this sustainable development and competitiveness of enterprises the upgrade has a very important significance . In this paper, the cost the Z project construction period of a project to change control issues as the research background . First changes to the duration and cost of the main factors analysis , followed by analysis of the relationship between the duration of the project changes and cost control , and take advantage of the relationship between the change in the duration , the use of the value of construction law to strengthen to change the duration of the project cost control , to achieve maximum benefit . Finally , according to the assessment of the value of construction cost control and change the duration of the project cost control recommendations .
