Abstract


Chain management is the only way to expand the scale of operation of many service enterprises encountered the brand connotation pass inconsistency problem , but in the process of business expansion . In addition , the various brands in the service industry , the level of satisfaction of influencing factors will be different . Service attribute is to measure the the service industry brand with the level of quality of service dimension , yet scholars from the perspective of service attributes , Analysis Services attribute chain services company the brand connotation pass with the level of satisfaction influence exists . In this study, using empirical research methods , based on the survey of the five branches of the two brand chain properties , the discussion chain services company's core service attributes and brand connotation correlation , and the results prove that there is a significant relationship between In addition, we also measured the effect of chain industry service attributes satisfaction evaluation and provide a reference for managers . Finally, the conclusions of this study relevant recommendations and directions for future research .
