Abstract

Rice is the world's most important food crops, only 1.3 billion people in our country there are 800 million people with rice as a staple food, but also the most serious pests of food crops, rice stem borer damage can be caused by one hundred billion tons of annual yield loss. To chemical control as the main means of integrated control techniques, to a certain extent, effective control of the rice borer damage from occurring, for sustained and stable development of agriculture has played a role of inestimable. However, enhanced resistance to pests, pesticide residues, environmental pollution, food contamination and a series of serious problems, but also more and more cause for concern. With the plant genetic engineering technology, especially the development of transgenic technology for rice pest control provides a new, efficient, safe pest control methods, to ensure the sustainable development of rice production, providing new ways and means. In this study, different strains of Bt transgenic rice as material, determined through field investigation and laboratory conducted transgenic rice borer damage control effect, insect-resistant genes of agronomic traits and comprehensive study of stability. The results are as follows: 1. Transgenic rice borer damage control effect in comparison with the Bt gene cry1Ab/cry1Ac indica TT9-4 对 Pink Borer, Chilo control effect was significantly better than non-transgenic indica variety IR72, simultaneously, TT9-4 and IR72 rice stem borers occur within the structure there are some differences, the former Pink Borer-based, the latter mainly stem borer. TT9-4 Leaf Roller infestation significantly inhibited, and for leafroller control action is better than chemical pesticides. Containing the Bt gene cry1Ab rice B1, B2 inhibition of rice borer damage was significantly better than the control non-transgenic strains Shanyou 10. 2 transgene on different agronomic traits in transgenic Bt rice lines TT9-4, B1/B2 plant height, panicle length and panicle rice knot because of the insertion of foreign genes and control IR72, Shanyou 10 There are different degrees of difference. Bt rice production is also so different. 3.Bt toxic protein content of rice at different growth stages by detecting Bt hybrid rice seedling stage, tillering, heading, booting and ripening of the leaves and stems of the Cry1Ab insecticidal protein content, the results show, Cry1Ab insecticidal protein in several strains of transgenic rice have considerable measure of expression, and the content is relatively stable and did not increase the growth period of rice plants showed significant increases decreasing trend.
