Abstract

In this paper, the cultivation methods and experimental study of field management methods Pinellia visits the Pinellia cultivation line spacing , plant spacing , planting depth , the species stem diameter , and shade conditions , Abstract bud types of fertilizers and pesticides , the impact on the of Pinellia production and quality at the same time compare different harvest stage the different provenances cultivated Pinellia production and quality ; addition wild pinellia and cultivated Pinellia identification of crude drug , the active ingredient content ( extract crude polysaccharide , alkaloids ) and pharmacodynamic contrast experimental study comparing wild of Pinellia and cultivated Pinellia differences in quality . The cultivation methods test Pinellia production indicators, the best cultivation : line spacing 15cm plant spacing 3cm, planting depth 8cm, select the kinds of stem diameter 1.Ocm more . Different field management methods Test Pinellia production indicators, the best cultivation program : interplanted with corn , 50% of the Abstract Lei , fertilizer fertilizer select , select lime sulfur pesticides ; to Pinellia active ingredient per mu yield as an indicator , the best cultivation program : interplanted with corn , 100% Abstract Lei , fertilizer fertilizer select , pesticides selected lime sulfur . Analysis of of Pinellia different harvest time test results , Pinellia in basic inverted postemergence early November harvest yield stable ; Pinellia active ingredient per mu yield of indicators , Pinellia best harvest in early November . This paper different the provenance pinellia cultivation test Pinellia active ingredient per mu yield as an indicator that is slightly better than the provenance of Xuanwei four Chuan Anyue provenances cultivation . The test is not for repeated cultivation experiment , and a smaller difference between pending future research . Determination of the active ingredients of the different size of the tuber , the results show that the large diameter leach material and higher alkaloid content , higher diameter smaller crude polysaccharide content . This article of wild of Pinellia and cultivated Pinellia crude drug identification, active ingredient content and Pharmacodynamics comparative studies, the identification of crude drug compared experimental results show that the wild of Pinellia and cultivated Pinellia in the microstructure, TLC identification and UV absorption the spectroscopy similar , the main difference is that large cultivated tuber traits to identify many tubers grow small tubers on the phenomenon ; active ingredient content and pharmacodynamic effect in experimental results show that the quality is better than the cultivation of wild Pinellia Pinellia.
