Cotton raw cotton fiber strength is an important quality indicator, its formation depends primarily on the quality of secondary wall built. Temperature is boll development and fiber quality formation of the main ecological factors, cotton fiber development of daily minimum temperature (MDTmin) is temperature-dependent changes in the biggest factor in the index, the application of growth regulators is high-yield cotton one major regulatory factors, Late sowing of growth regulators affect the formation of the cotton fiber strength physiological basis for exploring improve fiber strength cultivation regulation provide a theoretical basis. In this study, field cultivation conditions, the high specific strength of cotton fiber (cotton, the 1st Division, the average ratio of strength 35 cN · tex-1) and secondary (U.S. cotton 33B, the average ratio of strength 32 cN · tex-1) of two genotypes as materials, in 2006-2007 in Nanjing, Jiangsu (118 ° 50'E, 32 ° 02'N, Yangtze River downstream cotton) for sowing (April 25, May 25) and different types of growth regulators (6-BA, ABA) tests in different bell of daily minimum temperature (MDTmin) under study: (1) exogenous 6-BA and ABA on cotton yield and fiber quality; (2 ) exogenous 6-BA and ABA on cotton fiber thickening development impact of changes related substances; (3) exogenous 6-BA and ABA on cotton fiber development activity variation effects. The main results are as follows: 1. Different sowing dates under exogenous 6-BA and ABA on cotton yield and fiber quality impact analysis under different sowing dates 6-BA and ABA on cotton yield and fiber quality of different fruiting parts of the bell found Exogenous 6-BA, ABA Central fruiting of Cotton Boll greatest impact on weight and fiber quality, consistent performance under different MDTmin. In this test, when MDTmin is 24.7 ℃ and 23.3 ℃, the exogenous 6-BA, ABA may increase boll weight, but little effect on fiber quality; when MDTmin is 20.9 ℃ and 19.7 ℃, the exogenous 6 - BA, ABA could increase fiber length and strength, micronaire value optimization, exogenous 6-BA can increase boll weight, ABA treatment is the opposite. At different temperature conditions, the applied 6-BA, ABA decreased the cotton lint, lint yield but small. Exogenous 6-BA and ABA on high-strength fiber varieties (Kemian 1) boll weight and fiber quality than the strong fiber varieties (American Cotton 33B) is more obvious. Late sowing low temperatures early in the boll development spraying 6-BA on improving fiber quality is the best. (2) exogenous 6-BA and ABA on late sowing cotton fiber thickening development impact of changes related substance analysis 6-BA and ABA on late sowing cotton fiber thickening development impact of changes related substances found exogenous 6-BA, ABA significantly affect the start of Cotton Fiber Thickening (boll age 15 d) of sucrose and β-1, 3 - glucan content, the whole blooming period sucrose conversion rate, and ultimately cellulose content, and fiber strength. In this experiment, the late sowing low temperatures (MDTmin was 20.9 ℃ and 19.7 ℃), the comparison with spraying water, exogenous 6-BA can forward β-1, 3 - glucan peak time and increase boll age 15 d when the sucrose content of cotton fiber and boll age 21 d-boll opening stage of the increase in the amount of fiber strength; exogenous ABA can improve cotton fiber β-1, 3 - glucan peak and boll age 9 d-boll opening stage of sucrose conversion rate, rapid accumulation of forward and extend the duration of cellulose, cellulose rapid accumulation rate reduction. 3 exogenous 6-BA and ABA on late sowing of cotton fiber development activity impact analysis 6-BA and ABA on late sowing of cotton fiber development activity and its gene expression found that late sowing low temperatures, the applied 6-BA, ABA on the biochemical level and the level of gene expression that affect cotton fiber development activity variations. In this test, the normal sowing (MDTmin of 24.7 ℃ and 20.9 ℃) compared to late sowing low temperatures (MDTmin was 20.9 ℃ and 19.7 ℃), the biochemical level, exogenous 6-BA can be compared with water control increase boll age 9-21 d of sucrose synthase, sucrose and sucrose phosphate synthase activity, exogenous ABA can increase boll age 9-21 d of β-1, 3 - glucanase activity, but reduced invertase activity ; the level of gene expression, compared with exogenous 6-BA can improve water control boll age 21 d sucrose synthase and β-1, 4 - glucanase gene expression, exogenous ABA can increase boll age 21 d Expansin gene expression.
