For the establishment of the Oriental Lily Marshal 'Acapulco' promoted 'Tiber' Siberia 'Siberia' high-frequency callus system, young leaves, filaments, growing point as explants, different growth regulators combination of solid MS medium on embryogenic callus induction and plant regeneration. Found that, the Picloram than 2,4-D is more conducive to embryogenic callus induction, young leaves, filaments more effective induction of embryogenic callus and regenerated plants, growing point out the more lower rate. The young leaves MS 2mg · L -1 sup> Picloram medium, filaments MS 2mg · L . -1 Sup> Picloram 0.1mg · L -1 sup> ABA The medium can efficiently induce callus. Embryogenic callus from the leaves of the MS 1.0 mg · L -1 sup> BA 0.1 mg · L -1 sup> KT 0.1 mg · L -1 sup> IBA medium to high frequency regenerative sprouting from the filaments of embryonic callus in MS 1.5mg · L -1 sup> BA 0.3mg · L -1 sup> KT 0.2mg · L -1 sup> IBA medium to high frequency regeneration budding. Callus growth linear growth trend. The results measured by the vitality of the crude toxin observed, indicating that crude toxin both at the cellular level and the level of plant lily can be toxic, and with the treatment time, poisoned increased. 3 experimental results show that 75% of the medium, lily callus survival rate of less than 30% of toxic concentration to 75% of the concentration of toxin can be used as a lily resistance to Fusarium mutant screening in vitro screening pressure. One-step selection method lily callus was inoculated in the the crude toxins medium containing critical lethal concentration mutant screening. Callus resistance Can be highly expressed in the regenerated plant level, needs further study. 4 Analysis Lily selected by the Department of regeneration seedlings leaves in the POD, PPO, SOD activity, it can be seen that, compared to the control strain screening the regenerated plants and unfiltered, leaves defense activity associated with disease resistance has been strengthened. POD, PPO activity trend first and then decreased SOD activity upward trend. Two varieties Marshal activity increased more significantly greater variation. 5 medium Nitrogen nutrition, hormone concentrations and suspension cell lines on behalf of the cycle following culture conditions have a major impact on the growth of suspension cells. MS medium as the basic medium, additional Picloramlmg · L -1 sup> and Dicamaba 1.5 mg · L -1 sup> 2g loose friable 35ml liquid medium access callus, 7d subculture is conducive to the establishment of the lily of suspension cell lines. Proliferation of Picloramlmg · L -1 sup> is better than Dicamaba 1.5 mg · L -1 sup>.
