Abstract


Synthesis porphyrin nucleus having an optically active compound of a New Class dendrimer . L-() - (S, S) - tartaric acid as the starting material, by the the benzyl amine protecting cyclization , boron hydrogen reduction , catalytic hydrogenation reaction to give a trans vicinal diol pyrrolidin dendrimer cell molecules module. Porphyrin core , convergent synthesis and synthesized three generation and a second generation porphyrin dendrimer , the application of these modules . Phenyl porphyrin and dibenzyl phosphate raw materials by acylation , hydrogenation reaction of water-soluble phosphonic acid porphyrin . Phosphonic acids of the water-soluble porphyrin and having an optical activity of this type new dendrimer compound is expected as a drug carrier and antitumor photosensitizer applied asymmetric catalytic chemistry .
