Abstract


With the trade liberalization and resource allocation globalization, the global economy is under recombining strategically and greatly, and the focus has been changed to supply chain of company instead of enterprise, especially in the trend of Electronic Manufacturing Service. EMS factories (Electronic Manufacturing Service) are producing the most of electronic products in the market. FLEX is one of the biggest companies in the world.This thesis firstly introduces the definition of supply chain and its, and then to the basic principles such as the formation and development, characteristics and content, theories of Electronics Manufacturing Service supply chain management. On this basis, it combines analysis with the actual FLEX (Suzhou) company, including method/problem/root cause etc; then puts forward the goal, strategy and method of supply chain management and optimization in Flex (Suzhou).Finally, an actual case G project commissioning and operation results evaluate and proof the strategies of operation which are stated in this file, including strengthening the communication with the customers, improving the forecast management, Establishing partner relationship with suppliers; keeping inventory together with both customers and suppliers. Hopefully, this thesis can promote the optimization of supply chain in FLEX (Suzhou) and in whole EMS chain.
