With the development of social economy and science technology, the environment of enterprise logistics cost and management methods have dramatically changed, which propose new requirements to the logistics cost management. How to apply new idea of logistics cost management through modern information management to the reality of enterprise, in order to improve logistics cost management level and the competitiveness of enterprises had become a focal corporation management issue.This assignment, using the logistics cost control theory as frame of reference and ERP management ideas as the theoretical foundation, analyze the asphalt company’s status quo, discuss interrelations between Asphalt sale company logistics cost under ERP environment and ERP theory and the enhanced role to the logistics cost management. Furthermore, this essay also researches on how to utilize ERP system, advanced management platform, to integrate external logistics information system efficiently, optimize control evaluation process, fully tap the relevant logistics information resources, and heighten the level of logistics management.The article consists of four segments:the first part expatiates the related theory between ERP and logistics cost control, and analyze the ERP influence on the logistics cost control; the second part exemplifies Asphalt company logistics cost management current status in ERP environment and the integration after implementation of ERP; The third part discusses logistics cost accounting under ERP environment, the management and control deficiencies; The last one proposes optimized measures and improved suggestions according to existing problems.
