Abstract


FuFangJiangXiang capsule(FFJX) was picked up from the effective site of a traditional formula which is same as jingzhiguanxin tablet(JZGX) [CHP] . It is used as a remedy for cardiac bi-syndrome. The pharmacodynamics of anti-myocardial and chronic toxic in rats of FFJX was studied in this paper.The results showed that FFJX could apparently prolong survival time and reduce the oxygen consumption in normobaric in mice; obviously alleviate acute myocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin and isoprenaline in rats. In addition, the activity of SOD is increased and the content of MDA is decreased in ischemic myocardium caused by pituitrin. it was found that coronary vascular resistance (CVR), total peripheral vascular resistance (TPVR), diastolic arterial pressure(DAP), oxygen consumption were all remarkably decreased whereas coronary blood flow (CBF) and cardic output (CO) was markedly increased in canines . moreover, the infract area dyed by N-BT was distinctly reduced.In hemorheology study , the data indicated that blood viscosity at high shear rate (HBV), blood viscosity at middle shear rate (MBV), blood viscosity at low shear rate (LBV), reduced blood viscosity(RBV), erythrocyte aggregation index (EAI), hematocrit (HCT) were obviously decreased.FFJX remarkably inhibited thromobgenesis induced by collagen-adrenaline in mice and obviously inhibited thrombocyte aggregation induced by ADP in rabbits.FFJX remarkably prolong plasma recalication (PRT), thrombin time (TT) and partial thromboplastin time (PTT).The chronic toxic test showed that toxic reaction in rats is resume and no relay toxic reactionTaken together, these result suggested that FFJX was a promising recipe in the treatment of some myocardial ischemia and have antithrombosis, anticoaglants action.
