Abstract


The bus rollover accident happens continuously in recent years, due to the bus passengers more, the accident happened effects will be very serious. So the international issued a number of relevant bus structure security regulations (which is very influential is issued by the economic commission for Europe ECE-R66 crash safety regulations) and strictly according to the regulations required to coach products safe authentication. Our country also refer to ECE-R66 formulation and international standards of the bus coach structure standard, and to begin to the safety of the coach products authentication. New research and development for the bus must comply with the regulations of the standards, which rollover impact test is an important content.The cycle of bus rollover test is long and expensive cost, this paper puts forward the entity model for coach section test, in order to check for coach section simulation calculation. ECE-R66 about coach section of equivalent test had cleared requirements. This paper in compliance with the regulations on the basis of ECE-R66 combined with a particular bus model, extracted from the vehicle coach section equivalent. On vehicle section 3D digital model for full size processing production, get a solid model test. Through to the coach section rollover test for the research of the whole vehicle is equivalent to rollover test.Establishing coach section 3D digital model and engineering drawing. Machining coach section parts according to the drawing. Welding the parts by adopting the prevalent mature welding technology to get coach section Through to the coach section rollover test for the research of the whole vehicle is equivalent to rollover test.In this paper, the coach section crash safety test of the entity scheme are discussed in detail, Design the rollover test steps of the coach section.
