Abstract


To lead in the Lean Production procedure and blend it into transportation, process improvement and quality improvement according to facility’s current status and culture will reduce the producing and transportation cost effectively so as to bring great advantage of competition by raising the awareness and quality. The core of Lean Production is to decrease the waste in every links(surplus transportation, unreasonable allocation of human or device, process waste due to defects and so on), continuous improvement of save so that waste can be decreased by a highest degree. Another hand, Lean Production ought to be developed throughout the facility so that everyone could understand and took it into actual use into every process. Here I studied and analyzed how SMF put Lean Production into its own process. I have studied the improvement of transportation, process and quality according to the theory of Lean Production, basing on the comparison of production-index between before improvement and after improvement, and finally represented the model and improving plan of Chinese special Lean Production according to current status.
