Abstract


Tang Taizong Li Shimin of China’s feudal period of an outstanding statesman and legal thinkers. Up and down in the ruling and opposition parties to form a death as a warning of the Sui Dynasty worked hard for the government, a culture of honesty and self-discipline, thereby easing social conflicts and achieve economic prosperity and political, cultural, major development, creating a well-known history of peace and prosperity-"Zhenguan the government, "and promoted the development process of China’s feudal society. Emperor Taizong "Anren Ningguo" thinking and practice in our country to strengthen socialist democracy and legal construction, building a harmonious society of today, not lose its referential significance. In the rational view of Emperor Taizong of the outcome of legal thinking and legal practice, under the premise inherit and carry forward the essence of traditional Chinese legal culture, and tap their perfect socialist democracy and legal system building positive, stimulating effect, will help to build China into a democratic, civilized, harmonious and prosperous socialist country.
