Abstract


Legal aid,also known as legal relief,is commonly adopted in many countries as it has been established for near 600 years.In fact,it is an indispensable part of the legal system in a modern society ruled by iaw.It is an important guarantee for the fairness in the administration of justice and human rights telief.It is also an important mark of political civilization and social progress in a country.Legal aid is the responsibility of the government.So,legal aid mainly comes from government appropriations and donation at all levels which have special budgets.Thus,the legal aid system has become an indi spensable part of the legal system in protecting the lawful rights and interests of disadvantaged people and in promoting human rights,improving the administration of justice and safeguarding social stability.In China,legal aid was established in 1994 and it has been developed as a legal system recently.The aim of legal aid is to make all citizens in a fair,peace country and can enjoy all their human right. In this article,it focuses in legal aids frOm the human rights within country and in the international world.It is acknowledged that legal aid is the gOvernment responsibility and Our government shall take actions in order to make this aid system smoothly and efficiently.which will be he]pful t。create the peace nation and happy life of all people in the country.
