The doctor gives advice, will adopt a different way, then wheel design. Treatment recommendations are given in a doctor, patients can either accept or reservations. When patients received, they usually use the priority structural design Turn. The minimum after expansion of the doctors sometimes followed to end the sequence. Patients reservations, they usually remain silent in the feedback position or structure in the expansion before feedback is given to the use of non-priority.
