Abstract


Today, Officers management informationization is more and more important to informatization construction of our army. And promoting informatization management is an effective way to achieving informationization of our troops. The informationization of troops cadre management is not only a necessary requirement of troops informationization, but also the demand of the development of troops cadre management.Army cadre network examination system is analysed and designed by means of software engineering ideology. SQL Server 2005 works as its database and IIS works as its Web server. The system is designed in details and it developed through Microsoft Visual 2008 toots, B/S design pattern. Many functions such as system user management. examine management, examine Assessment Results information management, and query of examination grade and message management can be achieved.It has important and far-reaching meaning that the system advances the building of the army information. It can not only retrenche resource but also decreases the charge of work. It can provide a impersonality and honesty gist as the appoint of officer. Besides, it insures that the system of government affair publicity can bring into effect firmly. The system is strong in the value of the expansion and the generalization. It can strengthen army cadre examination management efficiently, and t the same time, increase the efficiency of examination.
