Abstract


Chinese real estate has become a pillar industry and consumer investment. Meanwhile, the real estate business has become increasingly fierce competition among its profit model from the beginning of extensive pure profit on the land development profits to the fine mode transformation. How to improve the enterprise’s core competitiveness has become a real estate business is an urgent need to solve the problem. The real estate development enterprise project cost control has become a priority, the enterprise can achieve the development goals, a key factor in profitability.In this paper, ZJ SLY home’s real estate projects as a case, the use of cost control related to the theory and methods, focusing on cost control, the content of the theory, principles, characteristics and other principles, a comprehensive analysis of the status of project cost control SLY, SLY project to build a cost control management system, and to optimize the project cost control system SLY put forward specific measures to enhance the overall level of project management.This study has strong relevance to other real estate project development and management also have some reference.
