Abstract


In current company management process, the development trend of manufacturing company from mass production to mass customization production is strengthened day by day, which lead to more various productions to terminal customers, product quality reaches the acme of perfection, and shorten the product life cycle. In order to having a long term advantage in fierce competition and globalization, more and more enterprises have to find a powerful tool to cut cost by eliminating the waste in the process and to response quickly by reducing the lead time.As global heat-resistant products of the leading technology overall solution providers, FS Company comes into China for 12 years and have 15 wholly owned or joint venture enterprises in China,73 all over the world. But along with rapid growth of the Chinese customers and different personalized demands, more as a result of the rapid emergence of domestic rivals, FS company is facing to enormous external environment and internal enterprises management pressure in reducing the manufacturing cost and waste product in design development, production manufacturing, purchasing, sales process, and improving staff quality and skills, standardize operation, and response speed to meet customer requirements in order to enhance the core competitiveness in the global competition.In the paper, practice and experience in the process of FS company advances lean production were analyzed and researched according to the lean production theory, which provide guidance and help for further improving the existing problem in production management of FS company. The research also provides the security as the lean production more effective and continuous go thorough in FS Company. Finally, the paper puts forward new problems for further study and discuss.
