Abstract


Copyright law is the inevitable outcome of the development of science and technology and the commodity economy. The sharing of information resources is the inevitable requirement of social information. With the rapid development of information technology, information download, modify, dissemination and utilization of abnormalities. This aspect of the use of information to the people to bring the convenience brought many difficulties on the other hand also gives copyright owners to protect their own interests. The article is divided into four parts. The first two parts made a presentation on copyright protection and sharing of information resources, some of the basic issues and analysis.
