Abstract


In the integrated supply chain management chain, supplier management has a very important position, especially when manufacturing enterprises as the core of the supply chain .Whether the supplier have excellent performance is directly related to the competition of supply chain.Taking the aluminum smelting and deep processing industry of H company as the research object and combining theory& practice, make out solutions on the basis of supplier management problems of H company.The main problem of H company is the lack of supplier management, then we have to construct the supplier management system and process.Firstly, combining the H supplier management actual situation, on the basis of previous studies, builds a supplier classification matrix model as well as a quantitative index system, and through certain statistical analysis method, so that every vendor can find their own position in the matrix model. Test the matrix model through the the classification of suppliers of H Corporation.The classification of suppliers and supplier management strategy tells the enterprise about how to do.The second part of the body shows how to resolve the problem of high-quality resources selection. To get the balance of efficiency and risk of sourcing, develope two different types of supplier evaluation method according to the different quality requirements of H company’s raw materials.In supplier selection problem, Refer to previous research of supplier selection, consider their advantages and disadvantages, use multiple objective programming method to establish model of supplier selection, then use the Lingo software to solve. By adjusting the weights, get a tendency supplier selection.Then, in the third part of the body, solve how to control the process of cooperation and improve supplier performance. Based on the supplier performance assessment, excitate and control the supplier , and integrate suppliers.Finally, the article evaluates the effectiveness of this improving study throuth 5 indicators
