Abstract


The land bears the dual function of the farmers' production and livelihood security , land is the survival of the farmers . However, along with the rapid development of China 's economy and the accelerating process of urbanization , there imposed on a large number of farmers collectively owned land , so many farmers lost their land . Farmers lose their land , the land-related interests including land revenue rights , employment rights , social security rights , etc. at the same time will be lost . Landless peasants increasingly prominent , seriously affect the urban and rural social stability and the development of the rural economy . Therefore, the study and solve the problem of the landless peasants , has important realistic significance for safeguarding the rights and interests of the landless peasants to solve the survival and development of the landless peasants . The first part of the landless peasants of legal concepts , characteristics analysis pointed out that the basic livelihood of the landless peasants difficult to get security, employment difficulties , and life situation . The second part of further analysis of the reasons for the damage to the interests of landless peasants , and analysis of our current land expropriation system a major drawback and the social security system is not perfect , that solve the Protection of the Rights and Interests of the importance of the landless peasants . The third part of the reasons for these effects landless peasants damage to the interests of the multi-angle perfect the system of land property rights , land expropriation system , the economic compensation for landless farmers and improve the social security system for the use of landless peasants , is committed to the protection of the interests of the landless peasants .
