Argument based on existing domestic and international theory and research findings, this study include the social status of the person with a disability (political affiliation, education), economic status (income level), demographic characteristics (age, gender), disability characteristics ( type of disability, disability level); dependent variable for whether the individual participated in the elections of village committees vote \The research focuses on the analysis of the impact of the former on the latter. In this study, data from the Gansu Province, the Second National Sample Survey on Disability disabled in Gansu survival and development part of the project in 2007. In this study, in Gansu 19 sample points on survey data collected by strict random sampling method, an objective description of interviewed persons with disabilities electoral vote situation, the voting behavior of the two types of elections were set up logistic regression model. The results show that: the results of the logistic regression model: the village committee elections voting behavior, the variables into the model is the education of persons with disabilities, age, disability level; direct election voting behavior in the People's Congress, the disabled political affiliation, education level, age and other variables into the model. From the results of data analysis, research hypothesis accepted specific circumstances vary.
