Abstract


With the development of the current cross-strait relations , cross-strait economic exchanges and cooperation increasingly heated cross-strait personnel exchanges increasingly frequent , Taiwan-related incidents will be more and more , will be more complex type to respond actively and prudently handle Taiwan-related sudden events , and make cross-strait relations is more in harmony toward a more harmonious development . Although Taiwan-related emergency management , central and local governments have accumulated some successful experiences , but the cross-strait relations in the continuous development of Taiwan-related incidents continue to increase the number of Taiwan-related incident type and features constantly updated , the status quo of the Taiwan-related emergency management there are a variety suited to these new situations and new features , and therefore requested the Government must continue to strengthen and improve the ability and level of Taiwan-related emergency management . Taiwan-related emergency management , the paper , the integrated use of management , political science and other disciplines of knowledge and literature search , research , empirical research , conducted in-depth research on improving the management of Taiwan-related emergency . This paper clarifies the concept of Taiwan-related emergencies , features, a careful analysis of the Taiwan-related emergency management , the definition and characteristics of the Taiwan-related emergency management , principles , and procedures ; elaborate analysis of the Taiwan-related sudden events emergency Management Present Situation , problems and Cause Analysis ; concluding learn from the successful experience of the domestic Taiwan-related emergency management . On the basis of domestic Taiwan-related emergency management experience , improve Taiwan-related emergency response management can learn from the experience . Finally , clear the Taiwan-related emergency management problems in the premise , to fully draw on the relevant emergency management and the Taiwan-related experience in emergency management , and proposed countermeasures to improve Taiwan-related emergency management .
