Abstract


Shengli Oilfield is facing coastal management grid substations and more, staff shortages, etc., in order to speed up scientific and technological progress, improve labor productivity, the use of network automation, communications technology, the implementation of unattended substations and control station construction, operation and management level to improve substation.110kV substation is a regional hub and above the substation, heavy load, operation and management demanding, more suitable for someone on duty in accordance with the original mode, 35kV substation can be considered to implement unattended. Combination of primary and secondary equipment and the communication network, mainly to do a bit of work in three areas: First, the construction of centralized control station, regular equipment inspections, record substation operating conditions, and to achieve the operation of the substation operation; two conventional protection of substation integrated automation transformation; third is to build communication channels, the formation of the loop to protect and improve the communication reliability.In line with the point, and gradually the principle, select the appropriate area to establish centralized control station, to achieve the area substation remote centralized control, reduced duty, through simple and intuitive form, so that the substation attendant to keep up the grid status, to ensure that the occurrence accident, abnormal, and can find treatment, and plans for power outages in the outage, the display power status, to facilitate the development of programs to restore power transmission, oil production and meet the living requirements of the reliability of supply management, the entire power grid for the next set of explore the control station construction experience.
