Abstract


Along with the development of China’s higher education, university teachers continuing education study also vigorous. College Physical Education teachers of higher education as an important component of a faster and better able to modern sports needs of the educational reform and development, the key lies in college sports teachers also can continuously add knowledge and skills and improved, which can be not very good in continuing education.On the base of teaching theory, as well as other theories,the paper analyzes the present further-study situation of physical education colleges and universities in Yunnan province,using the way of index and data,questionnaire survey,interview, mathematical statistics and logical induction,etc,to understand its primary situation,therefore propose the countermeasure effectively. Then, we continue to Yunnan University Sports Education of teachers conducted a survey and analysis of current college sports Yunnan Province basic conditions of the contingent of teachers continuing education and the status of a more comprehensive understanding Finally, in accordance with the relevant theory and research data to the PE teachers to continue to improve education Countermeasures.We found through research, Yunnan college sports teachers to continue education in the following main issues:inadequate funding for education to continue to work on education more difficult to continue the lack of an effective education system of organizations, running sluggish; education teachers continue to lack of integrity continuity, to continue the education and training of a single content and form. To this end, this study was to investigate the basis of the analysis made the following policy recommendations:establish a correct concept of physical education teachers continuing education; extensive continuing education in the ideological education campaign actively create all kinds of favorable conditions to create a good educational environment, strengthen foreign academic exchanges, and each other, making the physical education teachers in colleges and universities continue to the quality of education to change the concept, strengthen leadership, and establish and perfect college sports teacher incentive mechanism; raise funds through various channels to provide continuing education protection and give full play to their own advantages College, the rational allocation kind of resources to improve teaching methods and means, and carried out various forms of continuing education activities; establish a rational college sports teachers continuing education curriculum; emphasis on training of trainers, and strengthen the sense of quality, the teachers continue to foster a correct concept of the quality of education.Yunnan improve the college sports teachers to the state of education awareness and promote college sports teachers continue to the development of education is not only to China’s sports reform, and promote the development of specialized teachers, but also the changing role of teachers, the continuous development of its own. Therefore, the teachers continue to Yunnan University education research has important academic value and practical significance.
