Abstract


Human society entered the 21st century , with the arrival of the knowledge-based economy , lifelong education and learning society has become the two major trends of the development of education , community education , has become one of the focus of attention . The Youth Community education is an important part of the education of young people , is an important form of lifelong education , and to establish the foundation of a learning society . To carry out a wide range of colorful extracurricular educational activities , in order to cultivate the practical ability and the overall quality of the young people , to promote the all-round development of young people . Youth community education in the development of our country is very uneven, experimental research and practical exploration in spontaneous state, the lack of uniform requirements and actions during actively explore a small number of developed areas , most of the region to follow the traditional mode of education . This stage , with the continuous progress of the urbanization process , youth community education work presents a series of new features , such as : the complexity of the work object , the openness of the work content , working forms attract such . Therefore, in order to adapt to the new situation , changing concepts of education , and establish the concept of life-long education and awareness of the concept of education and community education , enrich the youth community education theory . In this paper, through literature review , questionnaires , depth interviews to collect information , described the basic theory of the youth community education , policy and research at home and abroad , and to collect information on the status of Dalian City Youth Community Education then analyzed and finishing . Youth community education status , community education , infrastructure , and the hope of the young people 's understanding of their education in their respective communities and youth community education in four areas analyzed the current situation of Dalian City Youth Community Education proposed \Youth Community practice of Credit System \At the same time pointed out that on the basis of extensive research the Dalian City Youth Community education issues, and try to give some suggestions and countermeasures related basis for the comprehensive development of the majority of young people to play an active role in promoting the development of the youth community education .
