The social intercourse is not only the mode of social existence of human, but also the intrinsic survival mechanism of social development. The means of intercourse, which is the direct motive force of the intercourse styles development, are the most distinguished characters of social intercourse ability. Since the 21st century, a new means of information exchange-networking and information technology is emerging rapidly; a pluralistic and open network brings a brand new lifestyle and living environment to human society. With human social-communicative approach extending to cyberspace, virtual face-to-face interaction comes into being in cyberspace. Furthermore, the formation, development and patterning of the virtual interaction forms virtual community based on individual purposes and special needs.However, while developing and promoting, human must summarize, reflect and examine one’s own road passed by critically. When enjoying our convenient and shortcutting life from a brand new technology, we should also notice a huge impact on our perception; even we should be more alert for the negative social influences and risks. The paper tries to analysis the interior mechanism and character of the virtual face-to-face interaction from a humanistic dimension, and investigates the real conflicts, network alienation and the anomie in moral norm; even it brings us deep philosophy thoughts. By comparing the effect of the real and virtual community on the social nature of man and psychological growth, it laid the foundation for the humanistic thinking about the network interaction. Meanwhile, according to current situations of the virtual community, this paper analyzes certain typical cases based on the cyberspace, reflects upon the absence and confusion of humanism in virtual face-to-face interactions, focuses on the importance of facilitating the integration of the humanism and network technology and the significance of building the harmonious humanistic virtual homeland.
