Abstract


Rise of new media with the traditional newspaper recession occur simultaneously , the shift is behind the newspaper environment changes, changes in the media landscape . New technology has brought changes in means of communication , the power of new media previews . As an advanced means of communication, new media subversive power, and this power is slowly being accumulated . Relatively speaking, the mode of transmission of the newspaper is a more traditional approach is relatively backward , subversive twist that to happen sooner or later . Traditional newspapers must plan ahead and deal with. As the newspaper industry practitioners, the depths of which feel the impact of new media , newspapers feel the urgent need to change the situation . The first part describes the background of the development of new media and the status quo , analyzes the reasons for the rise of new media . Second part of the paper gives an overview of the stagnation of development , including the diversion of newspaper readership , advertising downturn and fierce fighting newspaper itself to some extent, the achievements of the network . The third part analyzes the newspaper should adapt to the times and the needs of readers make the transformation , that is one of the priorities of this article : Newspaper improvement and reengineering . On the one hand the newspaper can be achieved by means of communication, dissemination of content , communication channels change , for self improvement ; the other hand, can rely on their own resources to the newspaper to create new media , enhance competitiveness , in order to further development. The fourth part is the focus of this paper, two , namely the traditional newspaper \system operates ; investment mechanism to achieve diversity ; innovative efforts to achieve the diversification of forms of news : clear information on property rights, to protect their own resources ; various excavations profit point ; many developers using their own resources ; build brand recognition systems . Among them, both at the institutional level change proposal , there are specific programs at the operational level .
