Abstract


The traditional refrigeration equipment such as refrigerator and freezer now has become one of the necessities in our normal life. Because of the way the refrigeration equipment apply to make things freeze, the core of the refrigeration equipment must be made closely to vacuum. The increase of the social need for refrigeration equipment increases the pressure for the production line, so to improve the productivity and the pass rate of the production line has become the first problem to be solved.This paper tries to change the production line using hardware and software. In hardware, this paper tries to research a vacuum gauge which is proper for the refrigeration equipment production line. This vacuum gauge uses the LPC2131 which has the ARM core as the CPU. It is also a multiple function vacuum gauge. Not only it can measure the vacuum data, display the data, but also it can transfer the data to the computer, change the mode with it’s key, alarm when there is something wrong on the production line, detect whether there is any product on the production line. This paper study and design some circuits which is fit for the system such as fixed current circuit, voltage reference circuit and so on. For the case of improving the stability of the system and reducing the work of programming we apply the operating system of UC/OS-II which is small and source code is open. This paper also studied the programming of the boot code for LPC2131 which is a must work when use the complier of ADS1.2 and the transplanting of the UC/OS-II to LPC2131. In software this paper studied the operating of the MSCOMM when use VC++6.0 to program communication program through UART, the implementing of the communication protocol, the operating of the ACCESS database, the drawing of the line which is based on the real time vacuum data. What’s more, to meet the need of inquiry this paper also studied the store of the line and the vacuum data and the inquiry based on the database.Through the test on the refrigerator production line, both the vacuum gauge and the monitoring software all meet the need of the production line. Applying this system, not only the production line can reduce the use of human resource but also can monitor the situation of the production line. Most of all, it increases the productivity and facilitates the query of data.
