Abstract
Calender production line to produce steel cord plastic cover product quality is the basis of the quality of the entire tire in the tire production process , the thickness of the steel cord products is a decisive factor in product quality . Therefore , the detection system for controlling the thickness of the rolling mill production line and the corresponding research on improve cords overlying gum product quality , and even has a vital role to improve the safety performance of the tire . This paper first introduces the car tire production process , elaborated on the various components of the rolling production line and rolling machine works . Then the force generated based on the viscoelastic rubber roller , and the deformation of the roller , the cord shift related factors affecting the thickness of the ply , the combination of rheological analysis on a theoretical model for the calendering process , as well as mathematical built rolling production line mode analysis , summed up the the calender system on the specific requirements of the product thickness . Calender thickness control system as well as the thickness measurement system analysis and research requirements ply plastic cover thickness accuracy and uniformity of the technical requirements for the calender control , elaborated BETA - ray thickness measurement system works , thickness data conversion principle , BETA thickness measurement system flow chart hardware structure and mode of operation ; PSIT pneumatic thickness of the upper and lower film thickness measurement system were measured at the same time to do a detailed description . Issue, thickness control for the existence of the original system using the principle of fuzzy control method for controlling the thickness problem . Rolling machine and rolling products for qualitative analysis , while according to the actual situation and conditions in the rolling process to determine the input and output variables of the fuzzy controller . Using fuzzy , fuzzy inference and defuzzification method to determine the quantization factor of the system , the thickness of the control system of fuzzy control , the various parts of the rolling production line control system can adapt to change and to constantly correct controller parameters , which the system output to achieve the desired results . A theoretical analysis and practical test , the results show that when the model parameters change or disturbance change over time within a certain range , the design of the fuzzy controller can effectively thickness of products to detect and adjust to ensure that the system has good properties.
