Abstract


Through enterprise portals , search engines , SOA, web2.0 of glorious history , the Internet technology matures , setting off online services boom. However, in the software industry , software, Internet technology and services has become a trend. Software for online services led to rage SaaS model sustainable development. China 's SaaS business model in recent years has also been rapid development, but the quality of services provided by SaaS platform issue is still a hot topic today . A company has been committed to the field of information technology operations , the actual application requirements for SMEs developed a series of intelligent marketing platform products, to achieve localization SaaS model and achieved considerable success in the SaaS field , leading the SaaS industry norms and standards formation. However, the companies in the SaaS platform for sustainable operation and maintenance are still faced with a variety of internal challenges, such as SaaS platform, unified and standardized testing process of adjustment, risk management and change control. CMMI model -based software process improvement approach has been increasingly recognized by the industry . Software process management software testing to become an important part. Therefore CMMI model includes support for software testing process improvement process areas . This article is combined with CMMI thinking , the use of CMMI process areas of software testing various aspects of support and guidance , analysis and research SaaS model developed software testing process improvement . A detailed analysis of the company's SaaS software testing process there is a problem , design a full test framework and applied to the A 's SaaS software testing process . Combined with the actual situation of enterprises to develop the software testing process specification, and the A 's SEPG team to help achieve application.
