Abstract


In nowadays society,information technology has been transforming our way of life,production,work and learning. With the rapid development of Internet,our methods and means of acquiring knowledge have greatly changed from the single traditional textual knowledge study into diverse knowledge learning and application with the aid of the integration of CD-ROM,databas and network.E-learning is such a new emerging learning style in the era of knowledge-based economy.In recent years,the rapid development of both E-learning applications and research area has provided users with an unprecedented wealth of learning resources and flexible way of learning.Meantime it also provides a more user-fiendly environment for web learning in different times and places. Especially in higher education,E-learning way of learning has been well received.However,in the management of knowledge bases,most of existing E-learning system has just achieved isolated management of knowledge and information and the link between knowledge and information.Little consideration was given to them in a unified management, which will affect the system’s degree of personalization and performance.In this article,to overcome the defect in current E-learning system,based on E-learning and combined with the features in college and university E-learning application area,the writer has constructed a prototype system for study resource management in institutions of higher learning.System designing ideas have the link between knowledge information and knowledge under simultaneous management.At the same time they also conduct a study on knowledge sharing in layered E-learning system architecture of the learning resources based on domain knowledge,on learning resource content management,on learning management, on user modeling building and personalized services and so on..The system has built a knowledge base in visual form to mine students’ assimilination and thus generate the correct user interest and then recommend users individual learning resources according to the user interest model.The main work of this article is:1.By describing the properties of learning objects, allow users to access information about learning objects without direct manipulation.Based on these properties, users can classify the objects of learning management,browse to find and share swaps and so on.And based on this,meta-data model is given2.Proposed a personalized service learning environment design patterns and studied a variety of learning behaviors in E-learning.Through the study of behavior patterns to achieve the analysis of learning behavior and the building of personalized learning model,the writer makes an effort to provide personalized learning services for learners.3.The development and application of computer course and network teaching platform.The development of a computer course online teaching platform has provided a practical network of teaching and learning environment for the computer teaching curriculum development and learning and quality assessment.Over the actual operation,the results of this research have been verified to a good effect.
