Abstract


Great change has occurred in work flow of Teaching Affairs Management in universities and colleges of the reform of credit system, meanwhile, the difficulty and work load of the Teaching Affairs Management become enlarged. It puts forward the challenge to the traditional means of Teaching Affairs Management in universities and colleges. Driven largely by the technology of information processing, the application of education Informatization has entered a new era. education management information system based on the campus network ensure centralized management、distributed operation、information sharing, it has improved the management efficiency, accelerating the speed of information transmission , reduce distortion of Information transmission, meet the demand of Teaching Affairs Management in Universities and Colleges, it offers reliable technical support to reform of credit system.the paper begin with the Theoretical Basis of Informatization, As a study to Informatization of Teaching Affairs Management:the case of Yunnang Normal University. discussion the countermeasures for the problem that management concept , technology application, information security, cultivating information talent exists in Informatization of Teaching Affairs Management based on credit system.
