Abstract


Various risk are increased along with the accelerating development and the constantly expanding operate scale of road listed company. In order to positively respond to the new economic environment and eliminate the influence of the financial risk, company managers must adopt effective measures to reduce and control of the financial risk that the road listed companies to the harmonious and orderly and healthy development.The article is analyzed carefully essential features of Modern Investment Corporation. And carried on the concrete study to the financial situation and the income situation of 15 road listed companies which take the toll way as the main business service, the research had indicated that road listed company’s finance will also bring the road listed company huge intrinsic financial risk. On this basis, the article further analysis the content of financial risks and characteristics, the content of modern investment Co Ltd, financial risks has been identified and to analysis of the problems and causes of the financial risk.Presently, we have the necessity to make same strategies and recommendations with the conclusions of early warning model to control the road listed company’s financial risk: Perfect financial risk management organizations and agencies; Construct financial risk control system of road listed company; Proposes financial risk control policy and the specific measures of road listed company; Perfect financial management system to guard against financial risks.
