Abstract

Polarized Zeeman graphite furnace atomic absorption determination of trace elements inthe sample with a sensitive, rapid, selective and good features, the main kind of technology istaken into the liquid injection. Liquid injection technology is the liquid sample directly intothe atomizer for analysis, including automatic and manual sample injection. This method is anaccurate sample size, measurement error is small, high precision, the determination of volatileelements can be used to improve technology to increase the substrate temperature ashing toeliminate interference and reduce the background absorption. However, as the sample beforethe test must be pre-treatment, pre-processing time is longer, and then pre-treated samplesaccording to selected characteristics of different test methods.Said environmental pollution from heavy metals is lead, mercury, cadmium, chromium, arsenic and other metals and significant toxicity of the metal. Human, animal, plant is themost damaging more than five elements. Therefore, they are environmental monitoring, foodanalysis, medicine and the determination of toxic elements often. Atomic absorptionspectrometry is generally used dry or wet chemical pre-treatment, the sample solution wasprepared in liquid samples were then measured. This study adds to the base suspensionproblems modifier reagent and determination of the Pearl River Xiaoguwei in fish and shrimpsamples trace chromium and arsenic. Chromium were selected in this study with arsenic ofdifferent suspension, different matrix modifier, the amount of different suspension, differentamount of matrix modifier, different ashing temperature, ashing different time, differentatomization temperature, different conditions, such as atomic time, determined to find the bestconditions for the establishment of suspension injection - direct graphite furnace atomicabsorption spectrometry determination of the Pearl river Xiaoguwei in fish and shrimpsamples of chromium and arsenic sensitive and accurate technical methods. The methodprecision and recovery are achieved satisfactory results.
