Abstract


This article studies the object Yin he development corp. is an electricity company subordinate’s multiplication Group of Shaanxi Province. The company faced the steep competition’s aspect of electric power market. To concentrate the limited resources needs to do strongly, or does the big electric power principal work direction, the improvement State-owned business’s resources deployment structure, the advancement pattern of enterprises adjustment, it is necessary to reorganize the assets of the company, it is important to use the storage quantity property effectively, these are the solid foundation of enterprise’s order steady progression lays. This article conducts the research to Yin he development corp. assets reorganization’s preliminary plan, its selected topic has the vital practical significance regarding Yin he development corp.The paper first elaborated the research background and the significance, and the research about present situation of the domestic assets reorganization, present situation and the future trend of assets reorganization in the electric power enterprise of our country. Next introduced the domestic and foreign assets reorganization’s correlation theories, it provides the theoretical foundation of assets reorganization preliminary plan’s research for yin he development corp.
