Abstract

Is very important in the modern economy, the status of the financial industry, the commercial banks in China, has been regarded as a basis of strength in the financial system. How to find and keep track of the commercial banks in the operation and management flaws, this is the rise of the issues with the conduct of the joint-stock reform of China's commercial banks. Foreign experience, a scientific performance evaluation system can be effective on the performance of the commercial banks to assess and specify the shortcomings and deficiencies, is an effective means of commercial banks scientific management. Over the years, scholars and experts to explore the exploration and practice of performance appraisal mechanism of Chinese commercial banks have done a lot of efforts, but China is still no uniform, comprehensive performance evaluation system. In practice, the banks have their own assessment methods, so can not be horizontal contrast. This paper attempts to establish a scientific appraisal system, and the Agricultural Bank of China, Jiangsu Province Branch of data analysis for the object, hope to identify the deficiencies in the operation and management of the six sub-branches of the Agricultural Bank of China branch in Jiangsu Province and Nanjing, and hope that the performance of commercial banks assessment work contribute. Mainly from the point of view of the two branches of the state-owned commercial banks starting to build a performance evaluation system of commercial banks from the internal operating performance and external business performance evaluation of quality of service (customer to make) two aspects, the use of hierarchical analysis and interpolation score Agricultural Bank of China, Jiangsu Province Branch Office (Agricultural Bank of Jiangsu Branch) and its six branches under the jurisdiction of the relevant data and actual work in the case application verification, and on the empirical analysis of the object: Nanjing City , suburban and exurban three regional business unit performance comparative analysis. This paper describes the research background, research ideas and structure, and define operating performance, elaborate theoretical basis for this article to explore the construction of commercial banks operating agency organizational structure reform and performance evaluation system to provide the basis of theoretical support. Secondly, the development of the performance evaluation of domestic and foreign banks were retrospectively reviewed, and analyzed the flaws and shortcomings of the current performance evaluation system for domestic banks. Again, a clear definition of the operating performance of the commercial banks in this study, selected on the basis of the indicators of the performance evaluation of the commercial banks. Introduced in the third part of a major commercial bank operating performance evaluation method using AHP to establish a performance evaluation system of commercial banks. Part IV select the Agricultural Bank of China, Jiangsu Province Branch Office Performance Evaluation System and organizational reforms as a case analysis to verify the feasibility of the proposed ideas, from a practical point of view. Finally, the problems found in the empirical analysis, starting from the angle to improve the operating performance of China's commercial banks, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. In this paper, a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, and innovative construction of the performance evaluation system elaborated from commercial banks operating business unit of angle on the problem bank organizational structure and performance evaluation system exists. Taking into account the internal financial data and customer point of view, the assessment of service quality status as a bank operating part of the external evaluation of the performance evaluation index system, making the content more comprehensive and objective evaluation index system. This paper attempts to conduct a scientific assessment of the performance of the commercial banks in China, and expectations of the commercial banks are seeking to develop in the fierce competition in the produce certain guiding significance.
