With the booming of the construction industry and the unceasing expansion of construction scale, construction quality has become an issue which draws the attention from all fields of the society. In the new situation, how to supervise the construction quality effectively, and how to ensure the construction quality are urgent problems to be solved.First of all, this article through the management mode of the basic framework, management main body, supporting system, management system, management mechanism to analyse China’s current construction engineering quality supervision and management work of our country current situation, find out the existing problems in quality supervision mode.Secondly, to Germany, France, the United States, Singapore and other developed countries in construction engineering quality supervision management mode undertook summing up and analysis, put forward to perfect our country quality supervision and management mode of lessons.Again, this article adopts the advanced computer technology and network communication technology, the development of a set of quality supervision and inspection management information system, Internet network data exchange platform, material quality testing data such as integrated management platform which is formed by the combination of Engineering Quality Supervision and detection information management network system, further improve the level of supervision and management.Finally, the thesis analyzes the specific measures of supervision in engineering construction process, and proposes the measures to improve the supervision quality of engineering construction, according to the compares of supervision contents and procedures of municipal works, housing construction, water transport engineering and water engineering supervision in our country.
