Abstract


Income distribution system reform is the most sensitive nerve of society, especially at this stage pattern of profound changes in the interests of society in the process even more so. Therefore, the establishment of modern enterprise income distribution system is imperative. Research income distribution system reform of state-owned enterprises, we must first answer what is the underlying issue of state-owned enterprises. In view of this, this article from the world of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises to gain understanding of the distribution system to start, the Western capitalist countries, state-owned enterprises income distribution system analysis and research, as well as through state-owned enterprises and foreign-owned assets management compared with each other, find where we can learn from. Subsequently, the research perspective back home, recalling the evolution of the concept of state-owned enterprises course, the concept of combining academics about the different perspectives of state-owned enterprises, state-owned enterprises on China's new positioning. Then, each according to his work on classical Marxist theory of state-owned enterprises and the Evolution of income distribution system were analyzed and discussed in the theory and practice of dual review process, based on our existing distribution system for comprehensive analysis. Since the sixth chapter, focusing on analysis of the state-owned company's existing income distribution system problems, from the state and enterprises, between enterprises, managers and employees, between employees and employees four different levels of depth. Finally, based on the above research base for the proposed personal income distribution system reform of state-owned enterprise views and opinions.
