Abstract


Market economy is a credit economy, in which the credit activities are an important part. Credit activity must lead to the emergence of the credit risk, as credit business increasing, credit risks increases. The establishment of credit risk analysis and warning system, whether it is for the entire national economy and for the healthy development of each enterprise are very meaningful. In this paper, real estate development industry as an example will be discussed from the perspective of macro-and micro-how to create a highly efficient credit risk analysis and warning system.There are six chapters in this dissertation. The first chapter is introduction, which shows the background and aim of this paper. Chapter two summarizes scholar’s theoretical and empirical study achievements at home and aboard on analysis of credit risk. Chapter three expatiates the method which are choosed. Chapter four is the part which analyses the real problem with models. The last two chapters are the conclusion.
