Abstract


The family business has a long history of development in China . Since the reform and opening up , the strong momentum of development of the family business , has made ??a great contribution to the social and economic development in China . But the prevalence of family business \Based on this, we think of the key reasons for this phenomenon : the trust of the family business from family members can not be extended to the full confidence of the enterprise employs . In this paper, from Coleman trust theory analysis , from the welfare system of the family business to this trust relationship established and maintained . The N provincial and J province small family business from the informal welfare spending as well as informal welfare scope of understanding of the business owners trust relationship to establish rational calculation results for the survey . Coleman trust theory analysis of the relationship of our small family business trust , is the theoretical framework of this article . Irrespective of the size of the small family enterprises , informal benefits are the tools of the family business flagship pass and unfamiliar employee relations and to maintain family members bond of intimacy . More prominent in the presence of family businesses have been expanding, and the reduction of the increase in non-family member employees and family members of the informal welfare value of its existence . Business owners have their own troubles , and that is the accounting staff of the informal welfare and comparison as well as for business owners to pay for informal welfare loyalty . Exchange easily lead to instability of the corporate structure . But should the informal welfare formalize it ? This is not only the problems faced by the small family business and is faced with the need to develop the family business . Papers from different stages of enterprise development , the use of the comparative method , case studies , interview research and literature research methods , and innovation as the main line , to analyze the content and performance of the welfare of the informal screening , make this more times significance and value .
