Abstract


With the rapid development of China's auto industry and the internationalization of the competition , the disadvantage of the domestic auto companies in the core technology , technological innovation , research and development capabilities increasingly constraining the development of automobile industry especially rich in high-tech car of Science and Technology electronics industry , the increasingly high demand for its R \u0026 D capabilities . R \u0026 D management in Chinese enterprises is still relatively backward, a lot is dependent on the individual 's ability , not the ability of the organization can not predict the results of research and development activities . Corporate R \u0026 D management studies from the 1950s has attracted the attention of domestic and foreign scholars and senior corporate leader . Increasingly close ties between the research and development work with the business , the key to the formation of the core competitiveness of enterprises . Therefore , the research of China's automotive industry, automotive electronics R \u0026 D management , has important practical significance .
