Abstract

After a decade of development, Beilin Pharmaceutical corp, had entered the mature period of enterprise life cycle. But many new problems must to be resolved such as ossification of Management, lack of activity, lag of innovation. Beilin Pharmaceutical is implementing the strategy transformation from Market share to management and service. With the expansion of enterprise scale, the conflict of the old culture of entrepreneurship and the current development became more and more unsuitable. In addition, many domestic pharmaceutical enterprises confined to the plight of low-price competition due to the competition of domestic pharmaceutical markets are unprecedented severe, and the pharmaceutical industry is gradually entering an era of low profit.Corporate culture should change with the external environment, Beilin Pharmaceutical corporate culture also need to changes at different stages of business development and environment. Through questionnaire survey to analysis Beilin Pharmaceutical corporate culture, the measurement of corporate culture is divided into four levels in the questionnaire, spiritual level, institutional level and the material dimension and behavioral culture. Through analysis of the questionnaire and found that there are some shortcomings and barriers factors. This paper prove that when the business environment changes, we should enhance the corporate culture and reconstruction, in order to provide a good environment for the development businesses, as good corporate culture can enhance the enterprise’s core competitiveness and business performance. Therefore, in order to promote enterprise development, Beilin Pharmaceutical company’s corporate culture based on the original reconstruction, so as to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and corporate performance, in the fierce competition in the pharmaceutical industry can be invincible.This paper is divided into six parts: the first part is introduction of this paper, the main explanation of this research background, and significance of the research problems as well as the main contribution of this article. The second part is a Literature Review, mainly from the measurement of corporate culture and corporate performance, both domestic and foreign scholars of corporate culture research is reviewed, and laid the theoretical foundation for this article. Third part is analysis of the status of Beilin Pharmaceutical corporate culture to identify, in the current environment, key issues of corporate culture. Part IV, mainly from the spirit, institutional and material reconstruction of three levels of the corporate culture to design the contents of the reconstruction. Part VI is the conclusions of this paper and the need for further research, This paper argues that the reconstruction of the corporate culture be placed on the basis of dynamic analysis should be more meaningful to the external market environment, industry environment, the survey and data collection should be as a research focus of Beilin Pharmaceutical corporate culture, therefore, investigation and analysis of the external environment should be further studied as a corporate culture focused on Beilin Pharmaceutical
